The Side Quest is putting board games front and center in Anchorage. The business focuses on tabletop games, community play, and in person connection instead of screens.
It offers a space where people can sit down, learn new games, and actually spend time together. For many locals, it fills a gap that didn’t really exist before.
Board game nights, events, and casual drop ins are driving foot traffic. The concept leans heavily on community rather than quick retail turnover.
This is the community expansion Anchorage needed especially for the long winter months.
